FrameCut Pro Terms and Refund Policy

FrameCut Pro is supplied and published by Big Brain Tech, not by Google. Purchases using Stripe Managed Payments are displayed as Sold through Link, with Link acting as merchant of record. FrameCut Pro is a Chrome extension that records a user-selected webpage region, window, or display and saves the result locally as an MP4 file.

Trial and price

Full functionality is available for 3 days beginning with the first successful recording. After the trial, a one-time payment of US$2.99 permanently unlocks the purchased version of FrameCut Pro for the activation limits displayed at checkout. This is not a subscription.

Refund policy

All sales are final. Because FrameCut Pro includes a free 3-day trial and the permanent license is delivered immediately after purchase, Big Brain Tech does not offer voluntary refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after license access has been provided, including for change-of-mind requests.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. If a technical problem prevents or unreasonably delays delivery of the purchased license, please contact im58585888@gmail.com. For purchases marked Sold through Link, Link's refund eligibility rules control where they provide broader rights, including certain non-delivery, material misdescription, defective-content, duplicate-payment, or unauthorized-payment situations. A refunded license may be deactivated.

System requirements and limitations

Chrome 126 or newer is required. Recording may be unavailable on Chrome internal pages, the Chrome Web Store, DRM-protected content, or environments restricted by device or organization policy. Audio capture depends on the operating system, Chrome, and the source selected by the user.

User responsibilities

The user is responsible for obtaining any permission required to record people, meetings, communications, copyrighted content, or confidential information and for using FrameCut Pro in accordance with applicable law.

License

The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FrameCut Pro subject to the activation limits disclosed at checkout. The extension and its source code may not be resold, redistributed, or used to bypass license controls except where applicable law expressly permits.

Service changes

The developer may update FrameCut Pro to maintain security, compatibility, or functionality. No guarantee is made that every website, operating system version, protected video source, or hardware configuration will support every recording mode.
